Crab Quiche
1 cup cooked crab meat, 1/2 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup cubed

Swiss cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup of chopped scallions and 1 unbaked pie crust.
– Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
– In large bowl, beat eggs
– Stir in milk, flour and mayonnaise until well blended
– Mix in crab, Swiss cheese and scallions
– Spread mixture into unbaked pie crust
– Bake 40-50 minutes
– Serve while warm
